Manuscripts of Baldus de Ubaldis’ consilia from his personal library are in the Barberini collection of the Vatican Library. Andrea Padovani (1979), Giancarlo Vallone and Vincenzo Colli have explored the Vatican manuscripts and established rough dating for them. Alexander Tartagnus: Baldus earned 15,000 ducats writing Consilia.
