Conclusions 1. Pietro Collevaccino Beneventano was an important advocatus and canonist in Pope Innocent III's Curia 2. Pietro was almost certainly not the author of the Summa Reginensis, Vat. Reg. lat. 1061 (pace Alfons Cardinal Stickler) or of the Gesta Innocentii III (pace James M. Powell) 3. After 1214 Pietro became a papal "diplomat" and left canon law behind.
