The Cathedral (Duomo) in Siena was begun ca. 1230.  The lower front facade was designed by Giovanni Pisano (1284).  The upper facade was finished ca. 1400 by Giovanni di Cecco. The mosaics in the triangles on the top of the facade were made by Augusto Castellani (1877). Click on the picture for a closer view of the facade.
