Confessor should know that any judge  who  renders a decision in favor of a Jew does not sin because: ".  .  . cum iustitia, que omnibus communis esse debet, ipsis Iudeis ministratur .  .  . " (Since justice, which ought to be common to all men, should also be rendered to Jews)
