Her Lawyer argued in his defense that Francesco Cenci treated his wife brutally and committed incest with Beatrice

11 September 1599 Beatrice, Giacomo and Lucrezia were beheaded.   Bernardo was sent to the galleys.  The papacy confiscated all the Cenci properties.
