Genesis 3:8-13

And when they heard the voice of the Lord God as he walked in the garden as the breeze stirred in the later afternoon, Adam and his wife hide themselves among the trees of paradise.
The Lord God called Adam and said to him: "Where are you?"  Adam replied "I heard your voice and feared it because I am naked.  I hid."
The Lord God said to Adam: "Who told you that you are naked unless you have eaten from the tree that I had commanded that you should not eat?"  Adam responded: "The woman whom you gave me as a companion gave me it to me, and I ate it."

The Lord God said to the woman: "Why did you do this?"  The woman responded: "The serpent deceived me, and I ate it."
